Transferring Files From PC to Kindle But Went Easier

Sending documents from a PC to a Kindle e-reader simply became a short number easier. That’s because Amazon on Thursday released a new application called “Send to Kindle” that enables Kindle owners to easily conveyance files from their Windows PCs directly to their ebook reader.

Send to Kindle is available to PC users as a liberal download. Amazon promised that stomach for Mac is coming soon.

Kindle users experience perpetually been able to transportation personal documents to their devices by either emailing them to an address assigned to their Kindle history or attaching the ereader to a computer and dragging the files over. With Send to Kindle, the outgrowth is simplified.

Users could conveyance files from Windows Explorer by just right-clicking on a document and choosing Send to Kindle. From any other Windows application that may print, users could select Print, and then choose Send to Kindle.

A number of different file types can be transferred, including PDF, .doc, .rtf or .txt files. Diverse picture files may also exist sent, including .jpg, .gif, .png, .bmp. With the app, users could archive personal documents to their Kindle Library in the Amazon Cloud and re-download them subsequently to a Kindle device or Kindle App for iPad, iPhone, or iPod impact when connected wirelessly.

“Your last page read along with bookmarks, notes and highlights are automatically synchronized for your documents (with the exception of PDFs) across your Kindle devices and born Kindle reading apps,” Amazon pronounced in a blog post.
